Why have all of my receipts that I scan to earn points been declined?

Having same issue for days now

But what bothers me the most is we received ZERO reason why the receipt is "rejected". You'll give me the rules TO submit, which I'm following, but you will reject and give ABSOLUTELY no explanations as to why, nor a way for me to understand WHAT was the rejection for!

Same thing for me. After sending several emails with ALL the screenshots that they asked for, I get a reply email asking me to submit all the same information.

Then, after 2 days, I decide to start scanning receipts again and those are accepted, but there are two that have been pending for days.

So almost 5 days later, I get a red ❌ on one of those pending receipts.

Scan a new receipt. Another ❌.

So I wait a good 24 hours and scan a new receipt = things back to normal for the most part.

But get this, my daily coffee receipt from an independent local coffee shop, my paper receipt says “16 ounce refill” but the app has it has…what for it… “Oyster Rockafeller” 😂

This has to be the funniest thing. 16 Oz = Oyster Rockafeller!

I've also been having all of the same issues for months now.

Receipts take ages in the review, only to get declined (often with NO reason given). The receipt scan records themself often get deleted from within the app so I can't look up old rejected receipts to see if I notice a trend.

When I rescan all of my valid receipts that were declined, they automatically get declined as duplicates.

It takes 8-14 receipts to get 6 successful scans (to get me that whopping $0.10-0.11 bonus), which I don't always have in the 14 day period.

I have noticed that they often reject the smaller mom and pop type stores, non-chain convenience stores/bodegas, etc. A Quiznos receipt seems to have been rejected because the date was oddly formatted as "Apr dd, yy".

I have the same issue! It happened three times in the past week. 18 legible receipts were rejected just because “one of your submissions was invalid” but it doesn't allow resubmit cuz it is a “duplicate”. It must be a bug. Please fix it and validate all my submissions!
