Why have all of my receipts that I scan to earn points been declined?

I over the past week all

Of my receipts have begun being declined by Microsoft Bing. All my receipts are valid and in date (within 14 days of purchase) but Microsoft has declined all of them. What is going on?

    Haha…looks like Microsoft has had enough.

    It’s been fun. lol 🙄

    *as an end note, it states the scan feature “will be available until July 25, 2024” and yet, I cannot scan the last 3 receipts to fullfill/redeem the last 6 ones.

    Maybe tomorrow will be different, but looks like Microsoft has to stick it to me one last time. Thanks Microsoft. lol

    Yes, I saw that message this morning as well. Went ahead and cashed in what I had "accepted" before they shut down.

    Now, my only fear... MICROSOFT will announce they have acquired FETCH and will immediately start screwing up a complete acceptable WORKING app.

    How does Fetch work? I tried to find out. How many points earned do you get on a receipt? How much do you need to redeem for a gift card? I could not find this information. Very confusing.

    Excellent questions!

    First off, I think downloading the FETCH app and working through that app is the easiest. I found it in the playstore.

    At the very least, you will earn 25 points for every scan. I've not had a single scan rejected. The app or should I say through the app, you can see items to purchase that will give you LOTS more points. In my case, things as simple as buying a donut or a 7UP or a Gatorade scores big.

    Compared to the Microsoft program, it has much easier to find and earn points.

    There is also a FAQ section that I think might answer all your questions.
