Of my receipts have begun being declined by Microsoft Bing. All my receipts are valid and in date (within 14 days of purchase) but Microsoft has declined all of them. What is going on?

Yes I have been using Fetch and another one called Receipt Hog, they have consistently done well by me and none of my time has been wasted like the teams at microsoft love to do.
It's rather infuriating, right? I have been having the same issue and it seems that the feedback I leave with them is being delivered to the recycle bin. microsoft has really been going downhill lately. They seem to not want sastisfied legitimate users. They enforce policies that dissuade usage of their products. They have been wasting our time too leisurely, and I am no longer accepting of it. Use Google since bing doesn't want to reward users for their searching needs. Start using competitors as they do it better. And no, I don't want a reply from a fellow user; that would make no sense for an issue that can only be handled internally.
I wish it was an easy process. They hide customer service (human) behind many layers of auto generated "customer service" answers.
I'm not 100% positive, but I believe I started at the Microsoft Rewards Q&A page and finally pissed the AI off to a point they started the service ticket.
Could you please let me know the steps and where I can submit the ticket? Thanks.
Thanks for the heads up about FETCH. I continue to contact the Microsoft representative via email and now I'm not even getting canned responses.
Here is my thinking... Microsoft continues to received all our receipt scans, doesn't pay out the WHOLE penny for it, but manages to capture all our purchasing history.
Think of ALL the information a vendor can learn about a simple picture of a receipt! Can't tell me Microsoft isn't selling our purchasing habits to the highest bidder!
