Why have all of my receipts that I scan to earn points been declined?

I over the past week all

Of my receipts have begun being declined by Microsoft Bing. All my receipts are valid and in date (within 14 days of purchase) but Microsoft has declined all of them. What is going on?

    I also use Fetch, but when the Microsoft receipt program works the way it should, I get faster payouts out of it than Fetch.

    I appreciate that Fetch seems to work a lot better, but at least for now, I’ll just continue to use both.

    I'm have outstanding luck using FETCH and in the course of this thread have already had TWO payouts from FETCH.

    Unfortunately, in a lot of people’s situation with the declines, it still takes them into the system and when we attempt to rescan them, they come back as a duplicate receipt. At that point there’s no shot at ever getting credit for them.

    The program has always had its issues, but lately it seems to have really **** the bed in terms of flexibility.

    I’ve just given up and started using other receipt programs at the same time. If it gets rejected on Microsoft’s at least I’m still able to get credit on the other 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Once it accepted one receipt, just about 30 minutes and only after it is accepted ✅, I scan another and wait until that one is accepted = 30-31 minutes.
