Why have all of my receipts that I scan to earn points been declined?

Yes, I couldn't agree with you more!!! Since posting this original thread, I have received VALUE from the Microsoft Support Team. I too, received "updated" email informing me that my concerns are valued and they are working to resolve the issue. BULL!!! I could tell that they ARE able to look at receipts that are submitted and not accepted because of a couple words in this last persons response. Yet, they totally failed to EXPLAIN why it was rejected. Just tell me, the receipt edges weren't visible, or the thermal paper was hard to read, or too wrinkled, ANYTHING, just don't reject it for ABSOLUTELY no reason so that I can correct the issue. Oh... but don't worry, you resubmit that same receipt, and they QUICKLY and INSTANTLY inform you it's a duplicate and that's just not allowed!!!

I am extremely happy with the service I am receiving from FETCH and am very happy to share my receipts and shopping habits with them. ZERO receipts have been disallowed.

HERE WE GO AGAIN!

After a few weeks of everything going fine but now every receipt is declined including McDonald’s (3 receipts), Walmart (5 receipts), CVS, my local coffee shop, which usually are accepted, but the last three have not.

After two months of not hearing from Microsoft support team, I got an email yesterday and was on how to transfer your money to PayPal. 🤣

Not even addressing the issue of receipts being declined.

So probably the last time I will reply to ask why our receipts are being declined and why there is not an explanation.

I need two more receipts out of six to be scanned/accepted (awaiting for 1 to be probably be declined as I type 🙄) and I think I will stop doing this craziness and the headache of declined receipts that were accepted in the past and for waiting weeks, if not months for the standard run around reply from the worthless Microsoft Support.

I am having same problem 🙋🏻‍♀️and 🤦🏻‍♀️microsoft had the audacity to mark my support ticket- resolved!!! 🙎🏻‍♀️Such a scam!!

I went through and added up all the cancelled receipts I’ve had, over $5 in cancelled submissions🫢🤬!!!!! That doesnt even include all the receipts I just did not submit bc i felt it was a waste of time. 🤔Theyre clearly getting the info from the receipts and getting paid for it while leaving us nothing but disappointment😞, frustration😤, irritation, 😡wasted efforts,🤬 empty pockets 🚫and broken hearts💔. I have actually contacted microsoft multiple times only to get transferred to departments that are irrelevant in the matter 🎮🤹and check this out, some of the representatives(2 to be exact) did not even know what app I was talking about 🤷and one told me Microsoft doesnt have an app that scans receipts !!! Wow😳🤯🎪🎠🪤⚖️🫏💻

Same problems lately, I find it happens to every receipt that I have to type in the name of the store. You would figure they would just update their system to recognize those receipts, but no. Since it isn't worth while submitting the first time, it isn't worth my time resubmitting a second, plus I have no idea which ones were rejected nor for what cause.

I am not sure that microsoft is ready to get hit with a class action law suit because we seem to have all fallen for submitting our property [our receipts/data] under their false pretenses just so they can collect all of our consumer data for free without following thru on having the system that they are supposed to be accepting our receipt scan submissions on- functioning properly or adequately. POOR customer services being offered, horrible

response times, if given to some of us at all, they are depriving us of any satisfactory answers to our confusions and concerns.

NOT TO MENTION BLOWING SMOKE UP OUR ASSES BY WASTING ALL OF OUR TIMES BECAUSE THEY REALLY JUST TRYING COLLECT OUR CONSUMER DATA BY TRICKING US. Fuck that!

So whos going to be the guy to open the class action suit? 1..2...3..... Not it!
