Of my receipts have begun being declined by Microsoft Bing. All my receipts are valid and in date (within 14 days of purchase) but Microsoft has declined all of them. What is going on?

I'm Done trying. XXXX in boxes not worth the effort I get better returns on the FETCH site and it's a lot easier.
Wow. You are lucky, as I haven’t had any restored after sending several emails with screenshots they requested in the past to customer service. I’ve had probably a good dozen or more declined over the last 30 days. It took almost a week before receipts were not being declined.

I am now going on 5 receipts declined from ones that have been completed in the past and I am now in limbo and stuck on number five, trying to get number six. I am on day 3 trying. I even waited 24 hours before scsnning another one. All were declined and still no response from customer service. 😩
How can I submit a ticket?
Update: I put in the ticket, and included the photo of the receipts in question along with screen shots of the submission denial and the "possible reason" detail. I did get an unusually quick response; the CS restored 3 of the denied receipts. I messaged again asking what about the other 3, and then they also were restored. However, the opportunity to get a bonus for scanning 6 receipts is permanently lost, and MSFT CS offered no explanation for the issue.

I have the same issue! It happened three times in the past week. 18 legible receipts were rejected just because “one of your submissions was invalid” but it doesn't allow resubmit cuz it is a “duplicate”. It must be a bug. Please fix it and validate all my submissions!
