Why have all of my receipts that I scan to earn points been declined?

No problem! Over the course of the Microsoft program, I cashed in over $40.10 according to their accounting. However, like you said, I'm sure it was a LOT more.

Something I thought was interesting when I looked back through THEIR accounting of my receipts, MAGICALLY they only show 2 "cancelled" receipts. Yet I had MANY rejected attempts of receipts.

My apologies I should not have said points and I should’ve said money cashback because I was referring to the Microsoft Start app where you scan receipts and they give you actual cash back. I was up to $17 but I should’ve had about $25 but it’s irrelevant now because they’re doing away with it Altogether, I imagine it’s because it didn’t work but thank you though for trying to help me out I do appreciate it

So as far as I can tell, it looks like 5,000 points is the starting points for redemption. The more points you let build up, the better the "value" towards dollars. For example, to get a $3 Amazon card, you need 5,000 point. But for $5 you only need 6,500.

You will earn a minimum of 25npoints per scan. However, check the app, and let's say you buy a beverage they suggest, you can get 1,500 points for that one receipt.

I've not paid attention to the "bonus points" honestly, and I've found my normal shopping habits give me those bonuses.

The way I look at it, it's free money for scanning something I would otherwise throw away or ATTEMPT to scan on the Microsoft app for a PENNY only for it to be rejected.

First off, I think downloading the FETCH app and working through that app is the easiest. I found it in the playstore.

At the very least, you will earn 25 points for every scan. I've not had a single scan rejected. The app or should I say through the app, you can see items to purchase that will give you LOTS more points. In my case, things as simple as buying a donut or a 7UP or a Gatorade scores big.

Compared to the Microsoft program, it has much easier to find and earn points.
