Of my receipts have begun being declined by Microsoft Bing. All my receipts are valid and in date (within 14 days of purchase) but Microsoft has declined all of them. What is going on?

Also having the exact same issue recently. I've even saved the receipts of the ones that used to go through, yes, for a whole Penny and now after "review" and declined! When I attempt to rescan them in.... magically I get the "duplicate receipt" warning.

This just happened to me. All the receipts should have been valid, but the last 6 were declined, with the message that "one of your submissions was invalid. Please try again" which, just like mentioned above, only resulted in the 2nd scans only being duplicates.

Has anyone found a reason or solution? I have put in a ticket but if MSFT is true to form, it will be months before I get a reply.

Well, here is my update from Microsoft. Since my first posting here, I have heard 3 times from someone named "Sanpi" at Microsoft and basically just takes my words and switches them around to confirm my frustration. Ask for the same screen shots that I've supplied before, and still nothing. Don't worry, Sanpi and Microsoft "take my issues seriously, BUT due to high volumes, may not be able to respond". Yeppers... They care. NOT!!!

Same issue here. Seems like an absolute scam at this point.
