Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    Ya it is massively annoying, and one person even pointed out how it makes no sense since it gives them "activity."

    I mean their things are already the worst, google chrome and google are beyond better. They should be wanting to make it better to keep driving people to them, not away... (Plus, it defeats the thought once again, on maybe they want the search function to be "more properly used", as its already garbage so it does not matter).

    Now my points are stuck at 12 points for both the PC search and the Mobile search. So, yes, only 24 points for the whole day. Thanks Microsoft. Really mediocre to say the least.

    Probably you guys spent millions on making a new office for Sam Altman just after he was recently fired from OpenAI, but it was all for nothing as Sam Altman took a last-minute U-turn. So how to recover that expense, yes, decrease the MS Rewards.
    (BTW, just a bad theory, don't take it seriously, readers.)

    they may be changed the rules,

    not it showing Earn up to 90 points per day, 3 points per search. Earning starts with your third search
    like Houry you can earn 12 points only
    first my points stuck at 12 and after an hour it again increased not it stuck at 24 points

    Yeah, it seems there is some kind of cooldown time after every 4 searches, they don't want you to do all the searches in one go in just a few minutes, and get done for the day. Wow, now they are trying to control how fast we can earn the points in a day.

    there is a cooling period of 15 min
    points are awarded for only 3 searches per 15 min.

    as per the notification on browser
