I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Glad to know it wasn't just me. Looks like a good time to switch back to Firefox and do something better with my time in the mornings!
I'm hoping they're just cleaning things up to get set for December; I did my points today and while they did originally register my 90/60 search for my searches, earlier this afternoon it now shows 0 each, but I know the points are still there.
I also noticed that puzzle pieces may be starting to move again shortly, and got a daily bump from 5 to 9 points, but while it said I did the 3/3 searches, I didn't see those points added to my account. I checked this with two other of my accounts and saw the same thing....
ok, so it went worse..... Puzzle pieces do look to be back, but the 9 points your getting is included in the 90 pc searches, not apart like before, so that sucks.
What's worse, is that after the 5 point extra activies get reduced to 1 point, the 10 point activies look to be 2 points now, and one can asume that the 15 pointers will be 3 points. This is a 1k hit per month.
While I'll probably keep my streak alive with daily sets, and will continue to use edge as it's a fine browser overall, I won't be doing most of the other things as they are a waste of time at this point, particularly the delays between each search. I at least got what I wanted out of the rewards while it lasted *shrug*
Appears all searches are being modified to restrict points. "More activities" dropping from 10 to 1?
100 searches result in no point increase.
Yesterday, after maxing out on PC and mobile points, later in the day both point totals reflected 0.
Could this be a method used to herd us cats toward the Start app? At least the daily read on Start "reflects" points...so far.
Besides points not adding for searching, today's point offered in vs are only 1 to 2 points not 5.
Well, it's not as if they are just giving us free gift cards... they make MUCH more in revenue from us clicking on all these websites and doing searches... So don't cry about a BILLION dollar company giving away some 5 dollar gift cards every month. Tehy make a LOT more than that from us to give us incentives to do searches and to use their product over other better search engines so they can show advertisers how much people use using microsoft search and thus MS can then raise the rate they charge advertisers to put ads on microsoft searches.
Trust me, whatever we get, Microsoft gets a whole lot more.
I was initially going to say "I suppose I can understand why they stopped giving points when doing searches very quickly, in order to force a 'genuine' search effort..." but when I read your post, I'm throwing that thought away. What the heck are they doing?
