I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Yeah, Microsoft sucks. They punish you for going for the maximum daily number of points. They call it a "cool off period" and say they can't assist you. Of course they could, but they don't want to have to pay out whatever rewards you choose too often because they're cheap like that.
Can you please tell what to do step by step process to solve this issue?
I have no idea, it just wiped out mine again!! I been switching to chrome when i want to do rewards! No issues there!!
Do not use the Edge browser, sign out of it.
Use Chrome browser, go to bing.com and sign in
Do your searches and points. Works perfect for me for a week now. I don't use Edge anymore.
