I lost points from edge search
Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Uninstall Edge Browser and Reinstall, can you believe that!!!!!
I am not going to uninstall my browser and reinstall every time Microsoft Rewards glitches.

2024-04-30T03:40:54+00:00 I wonder if they are doing this in hopes that we stop doing the rewards points. Maybe they don't want to officially tell us that they want the program minimized or closed. They will just frustrate enough, that we'll leave.

I have been thinking the same. I have been on board with the MSN rewards program for a long time. I enjoy learning about new places, puzzles ect
And find the opportunity a day brightner. Lately the rewards program has been confusing, you follow the rules but do not get ahead. takes all the fun away.
