Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    It seems to work for a day or two, then cuts out and asks me to join. I had Microsoft due to having Outlook from work (I work from home.) But now my husband and I just upgraded our Office Suite and now every time I open my PC, it asks me to join Outlook. I hate Outlook. Too difficult to find older messages. Gmail is so much better. Oops, now I'll probably never get my points back. Oh well, I don't lose, the charities do as does MicroSoft for all their inept attempts to fix this.

    Speaking of hoops, this all started going down hill for me when they were pushing the Basketball playoffs. Every day it was the same countdown for basketball winners for the first quest. Boring for those of us who don't follow basketball, let alone to have it happen day after day. Guess that's who is paying the big bucks for advertising.

    This points issue is back again both on the Xbox search and mobile hope it gets fixed soon. I collect the points to pay for me and my son's gamepass

    Having the very same problem, where it shows points , it says rewards, then sometimes it shows 5 or it magically shows your points and starts working! I had a long streaking and it got wiped out! Support says try this try that but nothing!!!
