Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    Agree. I have opened at least a half dozen tickets with them in the last month and you get a robot answer. No one is able to help and they frankly don't give a damn. So frustrated with this second rate site that I may simply stop using it. This is what has happened to customer service in the USA and around the world. Wish I could fix it myself but not possible. Lucky if I get 20 points a day when I search well over the amount needed to get the basic 150 per day. If this is what the world is coming to then let me get off. I now understand when my older relatives said they missed the good old days.

    I have cleared caches, and browsing history etc... BUT IT SCREWED UP MY EMAILS. THEY ALL DISAPPEARED (EXCEPT OUTLOOK). SO FAR I HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REINSTATE MY MAIN GMAIL ADDRESS. I HAVE 2 GMAIL ADDRESSES AND IT KEEPS CONFUSING THE TWO.

    SO BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU CLEAR CACHES, and BROWSING HISTORY...
