Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    I'm only getting 25 to 35 points every day. All the higher points quizzes haven't worked since December 14 (about). I sent an email every single day to Microsoft until the end of December to report the problem, then I gave up. I had 2 answers, one from Aldoux I (something) obviously an AI robot, and another one from another fake human promising to look into it. I have the same problem with cash rewards, I get an email telling me my cash reward will come soon, then nothing. It's a scam.

    At this point, my real question is: how and where can I transfer all my files, especially my .docx and excel files without losing the data or the edit function. But I would love to get out of Microsoft. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thanks

    Search points will not add up no matter how many times I try clearing browser, etc. Ready to uninstall Edge, Bing, etc. Had it!

    Same for me! I do my Rewards every morning, but now it's not fun. What is worse is that they don't even bother acknowledging or giving an explanation. I guess microsoft doesn't give a damn.

    Hi,

    My problem: it works on the phone, but not on Edge. It got stuck at 200 and didn't move.

    Nothing worked for me until I found one solution: clear cache and browsing history and put strict cookies. Make sure edge can't keep tracking you on the background, chrome, and don't allow it to prestart with windows. Now it's working again.
