I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

I had an issue about a month ago not being to have searches registered. This was after they took away the bonus stuff. I sent an inquiry and was told my history showed I got points...no correction, no actual comment to the question as to why it just stopped accumulating at like 80 for the day regardless of how many searches I did. Then today, it stopped at 105. So then I went onto another browser and it showed nothing and accumulated to 45 then stopped. No matter how many searches. I did all the fixes: cleared cache, signed out, logged off, restarted, cleared cache again and signed in again...and it took away the 105 points completely and went to the 45. I sent another inquiry. I had issues with Window Spotlight as well and some issue with Outlook email as well today. It was a bad day for Microsoft.

It seems Microsoft has fixed most of the issues you are facing. For me, I am able to get 90 points on pc and 60 points on mobile. If this doesn't work, try uninstalling edge and then reinstalling.
Same for me. The biggest bugbear now is the delay that they've built in - you have to wait for about 6 or 7 seconds before your next click will be registered.
