I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

the points on pc searches freeze after 20 points. Support is no help! They obviously don't want to give search credits anymore!
You have to wait 15 minutes between searches of 20 points.Well that is how it works for me anyway.
Seems about right for me too - and it seems to be 20 points total, so you can't get 20 on PC and then 20 on phone, its one or the other. Don't know if this is a programing glitch or intentional. Guessing the latter based on other recent changes MS has implemented to the Rewards system. Like anyone has time for this nonsense.
I did receive a reply from MS support with this information provided:
"We would like to inform you that changes were recently made within the search crediting system. No worries though, you'll start earning points after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you will earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit.
Additionally, to make sure that your searches will count and earn points, it's important to note that when using Bing for search, it should be done manually and in good faith for personal research purposes. We urge you to utilize Bing for genuine searches and avoid queries entered by bots, macros, or any other automated means are not in compliance with our guidelines."
the 20 point per quarter hour cap still is in effect it seems.

O Microsoft realmente, para mim está bugado!!! Eles deviam atender à nossas reclamações na hora! Este "ATENDIMENTO" não está sendo agradável por conta de não responderem à nossas perguntas. Eu espero que isso se resolva, pois já era para eu ter recebido mais de 30k de pontos, porém, a Microsoft Rewards ou então a Microsoft Edge não estão fazendo com que eu receba estes pontos, ou seja, eles não mandam para mim a quantidade de pontos que eu tinha que ter... Agradeço se responderem à essa reclamação e à esse problema de pressa!
