I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

I have had no problem today using Opera to get all the points and don’t recall any issue in getting points over the past few days. Last week was a different story as Edge and Opera were stuck in only getting 20 points a day and I could not get the full 150 plus.

Same thing happening to me I do over 50 searches with all the different search engines from Microsoft and don’t get any points. They owe me about 10,000 right now and do they contact you yes but in a canned message that’s sent to everyone. Microsoft is really gotten bad at supporting their customer. I’ve been doing Microsoft rewards for quite a while now have a long streak but they’ve gotten cheap lowering the points You get and not giving you points when you do the searches
Same thing is happening to me. I get the check mark for the 1st set of the Daily Series (3 choices) but don't get the check off for the other two. I have updated my PC, cleared the cache several times. What gives? Let's get it fixed for all of us, please. Your team is supposed to be some of the best but it isn't showing that way right now! And I donate most of my points to charities. It's not like I'm looking to make something from this. Just a nice daily mind tweak.
Occasionally, when I search with my PC, my points do not get added. The same goes for completing activities on PC as well. I have cleared my cookies several times and still, the points do not get added. I only get the points with my phone.
