Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I've never had problems earning points with bing searches on mobile and desktop until Microsoft started slashing point values for completing tasks. It seems pretty clear they are doing everything in their power to eliminate to stop people from earning points aside from just stopping the rewards system entirely. If you have a stockpile of points, it might be a good time to use them.

This seems like the initial step to a rework/revamp for the entire program. Likely, they will attempt to do a 'new, improved' format which might mean doing away with much or all of the existing program.

This is typical for tech companies who say they want to offer a better user experience. This is after it has taken people months or years to get used to something and then they make un-needed changes that remove useful features, replacing them with infuriatingly clumsy new mechanisms and layouts which often have glitches. Tech does not believe in 'if it ain't broke..." line of thinking.

nothing screams holiday spirit like screwing your customers with your points system right around the holidays... how do you expect people to buy your giftscards or even donate to some of the charitys for that matter WHEN YOU GIVE US NO POINTS. only thing i regret is i waited until summer to start using bing "because i finally discovered the points system was worth it" figures i started using it as soon as the sh*t starts, well lesson learned... if it aint broke dont fix it "as in i shouldve never stopped using google" because i never once had issues. the downfall of bing is starting in december 2023 i give it until mid 2024 their either done for good or realized they messed up and eventually make changes "doubt it tho" so long bing you can take your 1 point bs and shove it

Still having issues with this same issue as of December 13. Submitted a ticket to Bing ticket yesterday, have not heard from anyone yet,

I feel your pain.. it stopped working for me as well. They have banned all 5 of our accounts here and screwed us all over for our time multiple times by not letting us redeem. I just spent almost 20 mins on this account and I still only have 80 out of 150 points. Why should I devote my time when these anticonsumer bastards at microsoft will probably ban me anyhow upon redeeming a 5 dollar amazon card? This program isn't worth it anymore and we have been taken part since leaving the horrible xbox brand back in 13. Not only did we switch to chromebooks and leave xbox, we have vowed never to use a windows pc again. And that my friend is where our lives became simpler.. with Chromebooks and Macs.

Microsoft can go screw themselves.. we have already gained over 6 grand for those shysters in over 9 years times.. They paid for many things for us, including bluray box sets, expensive chairs and other electronics at amazon. I guess I should count my blessings that I've already screwed them over and the game is now over for us. This is for all the broken digital content you never refunded us on xbox and for your anti consumer ways and your stupid decisions not only with your xbox brand but windows as well.
