Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    Yes, For some users microsoft gives only 12 points after that you can't earn any points even if you do 1000 search it doesn't work even if you use mobile app or computer browser they need to fix this asap.
