I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Exact same problem here, with no response from the alleged Customer Service team. My points all go to charity, so it irks even more!

But now a complete frustration! To. Many hoops and back and forth, gaining nothing but lost time.

This reward program is turning into nothing but frustration ,I don't think I am going to bother any more. I thought my computer was messed up at first because it still says I can earn 150 points a day . Not!!
If you complaint to Microsoft support also means no resolution they tell we do excess speed searches that's the reason points are not added system believe that's as bot and not rewarding any points. However every day challenges and monthly challenges still working once you collect minimum redeem through this method redeem it and forget bing search forever.

Microshaft is ONCE AGAIN pulling the same stunt with their daily search and Rewards Program that we have been talkng about here for almost a year now.
They are now drastically limiting the number of searches you can do per day, and thus, limiting the amount of daily points you can accrue in their "Rewards" program, which is turning out to be not a "rewarding" experience for anyone.
Microshaft stopped doing this about 6 months ago when we caught them deliberately limiting people's accruals in daily searches, and that is why so many people here are pissed at them for doing it again.
They stopped limiting people's daily search rewards after people complained and threatened to leave their site, and now they are doing it again.
Time to up the ante on the complaints to Microshaft once again.
