I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

I had the same problem. What I did was use Chrome browser, everything works perfect now.
I told Microsoft in an email that it is the Edge browser causing this, because Chrome works perfect for me, so I now only use Chrome.
i am not getting points on searching anfd it shows "Oops! Looks like you are on the go
Microsoft Rewards offers are available in one country/region each day
" i am unable to fix it and i tried deleting history ,cache and cookies , log out and in but it was not resolved!

I switched from Edge Browser on my PC to Chrome, and Microsoft Rewards works perfect!!!
I got all my points and was able to get old points too that were sitting there.
So, sounds like it's an Edge browser issue, well at least with me.
What browser are you using?
I wonder if they are doing this in hopes that we stop doing the rewards points. Maybe they don't want to officially tell us that they want the program minimized or closed. They will just frustrate enough, that we'll leave.

I have been thinking the same. I have been on board with the MSN rewards program for a long time. I enjoy learning about new places, puzzles ect
And find the opportunity a day brightner. Lately the rewards program has been confusing, you follow the rules but do not get ahead. takes all the fun away.
