I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Throttle down to 3 searches every 15 minutes...that's over 6 hours wait time for 5 bucks. Looks like daily set may be the only time to waste these days.

points are awarded for only 3 searches per 15 min.as per the notification on browser
