I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

2023-12-06T17:12:05+00:00 Everything was working fine until Dec 1, 2023. After that I stopped getting the 20 bonus. I have to do anywhere from 40 to 60 searches to get the 150 points. Same goes for mobile as well. Some stuff that I did went from 10 points to 2 points. Quote of the day went from 10 points to 1 point. I reset everything but nothing helps.
