I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Same, I start searching, It gives me few points on mobile and few on pc(less than 10 each). Than the puzzle points are not recording at all, it's stuck to the same amount of points.
They probably already got fired for giving away too many points! And now they have some scrooge in charge of it.

I'm embarrassed by Microsoft, I've been trying to get points and get couple of Robux to make my new avatar, sucks to suck. 15 minutes per search cooldown? That's no-fair. My brother got his Robux before it became very strict. I feel like I wasted my time. I'm just embarrassed, that's it. I've been trying to get points for 3 months. Hell, I got to 1,000 within 2 months. And now? 15 minute cooldown? I'm embarrassed. I feel like quitting Roblox is the best idea. 😕
