I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

As I suspected: the amateur coders, who couldn't be **** to spend a couple of minutes doing Rewards properly, are on the verge of ruining it for the rest of us with their little bots. How clever you are.

Microshaft must be hemorrhaging money with how they are incrementally step by step reducing their payouts for searches.
Their actions taken here speak to that, and they are not being held accountable for it.
I was accruing points every day to get to the daily max to get Amazon dollars, but since Microshaft is now trying to stop that, then it is WE that has to take our own actions and STOP USING BING and Edge, and use Brave or Google.
It's really that simple.

I got the same message as you, so I submitted another claim and told MS pointily that if the issues are not resolved and soon, I'd quit Bing and Edge.
Frankly, some warning of any limits to how many searches one can do in a short amount of time would have been MOST gracious. Would it have been upsetting? Yes, but not saying anything is even worse.
