Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    for me personally, over a couple days last week, while it wasn't recording, I was still getting the points ( I record them in an excel just to see trends, and I got what I expected). That said, as of today, it does look as though they've removed the 12 point Edge bonus, wiping out about 336 more points a month.

    Along with the rumored loss of the Xbox Rewards app, points keep disapearing, and I get it, business decisions and all, but I just wish Microsoft was more transparent about it, but i know that's asking a lont....

    I also have been having issues .I haven't been getting points for searches either.I have cleaned cache, reset windows and still have same results.

    Well I've tried to be patient but it's ridiculous no matter how slowly "in good faith" I search there's virtually no points.. trying to switch back to brave rewards but uphold is a nightmare, lost my authenticator codes- complex security and id verifications may make that too impossible. So guess I'll be that much poorer now just in time for the holidays thanks Microsoft!! I will not forget it- will make sure as I can to never buy/use any Microsoft brand software, device, or website. I will advise everyone I know to do the same, unless Microsoft reverses course dramatically. Wish them a happy holiday and a declining unprofitable new year!

    Still broken.

    I try everything and may get 25 points day for mobile and PC searches.

    Microsoft, fix this.
