I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

did search why not getting points and read that microsoft put a cap on searchs for points to 3 searchs per every 15 minutes. So to get all your points for the day you have to do searches every 15 minutes for 3.5 hours to get the points
Y don't increase the Microsoft edge rewards points . Brfore 1 week don't incresed my points.what can I do ?

I haven't received the search points for more than a week and you have also lowered the rewards so that the monthly requirements cannot be met. If there are bots or anything else, we who follow the rules should not suffer the consequences
As of Dec 16th, 2023...rewards still not rewarding. I have been counting....MSFT owes me 479pnts for this week. I never counted last week when it was intermittently a problem. Here's a comment for the developers. If you tinker and it breaks, fix it, and create a new space to tinker before you go live. Engineers will never learn. EVER.
Just adding my name here... Yesterday, earning points worked fine. After a computer reboot last night, this morning Rewards says that I'm not in the right region. I don't have a VPN connected, and the search URL indicates the correct region. Tried contacting chat support, but they don't do Rewards. They gave me a link to the Microsoft Rewards contact form, which I completed. When I clicked submit, it said 'Please fill in the form correctly'. Literally every field was filled in properly. No matter what I did, it wouldn't send my message. So I clicked on 'Give feedback' to report an error with the form. And guess what? When I clicked submit on that, it said 'Something went wrong. Please try again later.' So there seems to be no way to contact Microsoft Rewards about these problems. These rewards points were the only reason I've bothered with this crummy browser. I think I'm going back to Chrome.
