Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    Microshaft isn't going to fix anything.
    They have made this decision because they can and will screw over their "customers"

    as long and as hard as they can.

    This is a decision by Microshaft at the Corporate Level, and they have made the decision

    to drastically reduce the amounts of monies they originally promised us to give us in exchange for using their slow and buggy browser.

    The ONLY direction people can and must take here, is to STOP USING ALL MICROSHAFT PRODUCTS no matter what it is, and boycott them.

    It's that simple.

    15 mintues cooldown is a joke. i want it remove. i miss the old rewards system i don't like the new.

    What my issue is/was: I was not able to get my daily search points on PC, but I am able to get them on mobile.

    I messed around to find out the main reason why my points weren't getting counted is because of a bug of some kind where if you were to have your search engine as Bing on GX for Instist (I use Opera GX), it wouldn't give any daily search points, so just go back to Google and go to a different tab and type in Bing and just do the daily searches there.

    very weird bug Hopefully they fix this issue because I lost a lot of points by not being able to get the 150 dailys.
