Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    Hi, you’re right, they are removing lots of things. I know this is a scary thought, but I think they might be scaling it down to 0. Rewards isn’t the only reason that I use bing, but it does have a major role to play. In my opinion they should also reduce the point price of their prizes as well if they really have to reduce the point earnings. I hear you used to have 150 pts for pc search (5 pts per search) and 100 mobile. C’mon, they could have at least kept the daily missions the same! 😠. WE SHOULD ALL SEND THE MS REWARDS TEAM A COMPLAINT EMAIL. WHO’S JOINING ME!?. I am serious.

    If this works, this is ridiculous. Use a competing browser to get points for searching, because it is so broken that the company that is farming engagement can't get their own products to work properly.

    The same this has been happening on mobile for me for days. I will search in Edge, Bing, and the Start app, and MAYBE get three to count after doing about ten+ searches.

    I've basically given up on trying to max out my points.

    Don't use Edge browser on PC, use Chrome then go to bing.com and sign in. I switched to Chrome months ago and only had minor problems but overall I am getting my points.

    Unfortunately, I don`t know what to tell you. they got back to me within a day, but there answer was not to my satisfaction! And the ended up being the final answer!!
