I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

It still doesnt work, i only got 20 points then its doesnt work anymore
same issue is happened in my case so what to do give me a solution and correct it.
No longer spam search, now you need to search one at a time, some of those you can get more if you keep clicking under that first one.
So same with mobile, search one at a time
rewards arent calculating,cleared casch. i do survey but nothing calculates started a couple of days ago
