I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

There is no more spam search. You pick something search for it, click images, try clicking one or two for points, when it stops giving points do another search.
Same with mobile, not just free points, you need to search and earn each time.
I would have had the 1000 point search, many times over if stupids support would not keep taking my points away!!! I have lost over 2000 pts since I started doing this stupid search and have submitted a report to them but the DO NOTHING about it. Yesterday, I had all but one search on the 1000 point puzzle, came in today and had the whole line erased again, 3rd time this has happened. They just don't want to give the promotions away that have larger search points, they want people to use Stupid Co-Pilot instead, I HATE A COMPUTER THINKING IT KNOWS WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR AND PUT ITS UP! I would rather search for myself and get better results!!!!! I HATE AI"S AND STUPID PHONE COMPUTER AI'S, they are replacing human relations and reactions!!!!
