Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Same here. The sad part is I donate a lot of my points, most of them, actually. So the charities that they supposedly sponsor, AND FOR WHICH THEY GET THE TAX WRITE OFF, are the ones that lose out. I hope they are paying attention to this!

Same problem here! Also keeps asking for me to join . I have a million times. Tried every thing they mention to fix it but does nothing like most of their fixes. If anyone has a fix please post it.

Pretty much par for the course. Fraud, but it drives clicks they can then hold up for ad revenue. At least you get SOME points, they'll say.
