I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

2025-01-07T05:51:44+00:00 It looks like they restored the original allocations of points. Puzzles which were rewarding 500 points are rewarding 1000 points back again.
