Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Let me save you the trouble- they're not going to.
Microshaft is ONCE AGAIN pulling the same stunt with their daily search and Rewards Program that we have been talkng about here for almost a year now.

They are now drastically limiting the number of searches you can do per day, and thus, limiting the amount of daily points you can accrue in their "Rewards" program, which is turning out to be not a "rewarding" experience for anyone.

Microshaft stopped doing this about 6 months ago when we caught them deliberately limiting people's accruals in daily searches, and that is why so many people here are pissed at them for doing it again.

They stopped limiting people's daily search rewards after people complained and threatened to leave their site, and now they are doing it again.

Time to up the ante on the complaints to Microshaft once again.

I have been trying to get my points to register for days now. PC searches do not register points nor do Bing searches. If I happen to click on a political article or miscellaneous news, it credits points but only for the one-time article. 5 points are given for the article registering as one "search", then it goes back to not registering any points for further searches. Logging out and back in does NOT work. Clearing cache, resetting device settings, deleting app, changing browser, using the app or the in-browser search tab does NOT work. Any workaround method has seemingly stopped working. I don't know why we can't get a straight answer as to what is going on. Some of us own Game Pass and are literally paying to have access to more methods to get points unlocked. (MS points earned via Game pass achievements and playing a Game that is exclusive to the Pass.) Why is there not a representative to speak to? Weeks long streaks and days of searching trying to figure this out is so frustrating. I'm embarrassed as to how long I spent trying to fix this issue before I learned it's not a problem on our end.

Glad it's not just me, Edge bonus removed, bonus sections only 1-2 points rather than 10 and I have done maybe 50 searches and have only 40 points, just not adding up. When I wrote MS they responded this is by design but did not make it clear.

Well, it's not as if they are just giving us free gift cards... they make MUCH more in revenue from us clicking on all these websites and doing searches... So don't cry about a BILLION dollar company giving away some 5 dollar gift cards every month. Tehy make a LOT more than that from us to give us incentives to do searches and to use their product over other better search engines so they can show advertisers how much people use using microsoft search and thus MS can then raise the rate they charge advertisers to put ads on microsoft searches.

Trust me, whatever we get, Microsoft gets a whole lot more.

I was initially going to say "I suppose I can understand why they stopped giving points when doing searches very quickly, in order to force a 'genuine' search effort..." but when I read your post, I'm throwing that thought away. What the heck are they doing?
