Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

It’s possible that the servers are out of wack (so to speak)

Use Chrome browser for PC search, it works fine. Open Chrome and go to bing.com and sign in then do your points.

I have been doing it this way for a couple months now and have no problems at all.

As far as Mobile search, I gave up on that, so maybe someone has an answer for that one.

I’m searching on my bing browser and it’s still not giving me points

I have no idea, it just wiped out mine again!! I been switching to chrome when i want to do rewards! No issues there!!
