Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    It been quite a while since I use Microsoft Reward. And I did forget to check in and do my daily streak which cause it to restart. However when I try to do searching for reward. It rewarding me point for anything I search even If I use the Search extension. I would most likely stop using bing until they fix this. I sick of these Greedy corporation ****.

    I do get the points but cannot redeem anything anyone knows how to fix the issue?

    Same for me. The biggest bugbear now is the delay that they've built in - you have to wait for about 6 or 7 seconds before your next click will be registered.

    It seems Microsoft has fixed most of the issues you are facing. For me, I am able to get 90 points on pc and 60 points on mobile. If this doesn't work, try uninstalling edge and then reinstalling.
