I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

I'm not getting points for searches, it says I should get 150 max but I'm not getting anything, I've tried getting help five times but the 'help' system is not helpful, even live chat was not helpful, is there anything I can do to get my points?

Both myself and daughter have been trying unsuccessfully for the past few weeks to get our rewards to register both on the mobile and the pc....not sure what Microsoft are up to, but they should be looking into it instead of ignoring their community. We've been Microsoft customers for years and log in every day to do the rewards, only for about 3 to register on the mobile and none to register on the pc searches.
