Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    What my issue is/was: I was not able to get my daily search points on PC, but I am able to get them on mobile.

    I messed around to find out the main reason why my points weren't getting counted is because of a bug of some kind where if you were to have your search engine as Bing on GX for Instist (I use Opera GX), it wouldn't give any daily search points, so just go back to Google and go to a different tab and type in Bing and just do the daily searches there.

    very weird bug Hopefully they fix this issue because I lost a lot of points by not being able to get the 150 dailys.

    Microsoft recently also doesn't give you points for certain everyday words. There also is a 10 second delay in search for points or you have to use a new tab to receive points. This is it, I quit. I'm switching to Google Chrome and never using bing rewards again. **** Microsoft in all honesty

    I did some searching and found out. Microsoft changed their strategy on searches. Now you can only earn 15 points or three searches per every 15 minutes which is ridiculous.

    Yeah. I was using Edge on my phone and my laptop for work, and none of them have accumulated the points from my Bing searches. It's been like this the past few days.
