I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Same here - my charity option is turned off yet points are going to charity.
Exact same problem here, with no response from the alleged Customer Service team. My points all go to charity, so it irks even more!
If you complaint to Microsoft support also means no resolution they tell we do excess speed searches that's the reason points are not added system believe that's as bot and not rewarding any points. However every day challenges and monthly challenges still working once you collect minimum redeem through this method redeem it and forget bing search forever.
Issue in pc search
Same here. The sad part is I donate a lot of my points, most of them, actually. So the charities that they supposedly sponsor, AND FOR WHICH THEY GET THE TAX WRITE OFF, are the ones that lose out. I hope they are paying attention to this!
