Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    points not working ATM. ive done just about everything, different browser (worked for a little bit) then stopped, cleared cache, logged out back in, checked for updates, enable tracking settings on edge and nothing seems to work. kinda at a loss.
