I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

The recent downscaling and/or removal of many of the Microsoft Rewards program features is extremely disappointing. As someone for whom this program was a driver of my use of MS features and services, I am extremely likely to move to competitors' options if this is not reversed.
That's 7300 points a year times how many thousands of members!
It seema as though they eliminated th 20 points edge bonus
I also noticed this today. 20 pts is a small reward but enough for many to continue using Edge. What could MS's rationale be for eliminating this incentive?
I tried to look deeper into it. Got an "oops. Something went wrong on our side. Refresh or try back later" something like that. So JUST MAYBE the Cyber week caused a big fn glitch 🤞🏽🙏🏽
FWIW the 1000 bonus that went missing can be obtained by emailing support. They'll investigate and in most cases I think have awarded it to those that asked about it. They'll give an excuse that they sometimes change things up but it's pretty clear they dropped the ball on that one.
