Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    I found you can get about 20 points every 15 minutes for searches, and only on PC or Mobil. That means you need to spend over 3 hours your devices to get your full 250 points.

    I have always looked forward to the Microsoft Rewards program. It was fun, a learning experience. and a bonus when you reach your designated goal. Now it is not as much fun. For every search/action you take, you do not always receive points. When you do it is a surprise because nothing follows

    in sequence. Please MSN too many changes! Stay the course!

    i no longer receive points for PC searches. i thought they stopped caring about windows browsers, or stopped honoring their customers.

    Hi,

    My problem: it works on the phone, but not on Edge. It got stuck at 200 and didn't move.

    Nothing worked for me until I found one solution: clear cache and browsing history and put strict cookies. Make sure edge can't keep tracking you on the background, chrome, and don't allow it to prestart with windows. Now it's working again.

    Same for me! I do my Rewards every morning, but now it's not fun. What is worse is that they don't even bother acknowledging or giving an explanation. I guess microsoft doesn't give a damn.
