Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I'm only getting 25 to 35 points every day. All the higher points quizzes haven't worked since December 14 (about). I sent an email every single day to Microsoft until the end of December to report the problem, then I gave up. I had 2 answers, one from Aldoux I (something) obviously an AI robot, and another one from another fake human promising to look into it. I have the same problem with cash rewards, I get an email telling me my cash reward will come soon, then nothing. It's a scam.

At this point, my real question is: how and where can I transfer all my files, especially my .docx and excel files without losing the data or the edit function. But I would love to get out of Microsoft. If you have any ideas, please let me know. Thanks

Today in Associated Press cited their profits are up 33% due to AI. Sounds like they are more focused on AI and pushing that rather than caring about community members.

Without humans to use and purchase things what does AI do if no one is listening/using it? Microsoft has spoken...it's about profits but for how long can they profit by misleading and hurting their customers with no customer service? I've read so many complaints about rewards points, Xbox pass problems, being billed automatically and not having access. It's a mess.

Seems about right for me too - and it seems to be 20 points total, so you can't get 20 on PC and then 20 on phone, its one or the other. Don't know if this is a programing glitch or intentional. Guessing the latter based on other recent changes MS has implemented to the Rewards system. Like anyone has time for this nonsense.

I did receive a reply from MS support with this information provided:

"We would like to inform you that changes were recently made within the search crediting system. No worries though, you'll start earning points after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you will earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit. 

Additionally, to make sure that your searches will count and earn points, it's important to note that when using Bing for search, it should be done manually and in good faith for personal research purposes. We urge you to utilize Bing for genuine searches and avoid queries entered by bots, macros, or any other automated  means are not in compliance with our guidelines."

the 20 point per quarter hour cap still is in effect it seems.

I think we should all tell Microsoft to fix it since they don't seem interested in giving up the points that are missing. For me, it started on Dec. 14 and nothing is being done. I wish they would either fix those questions that get no points or stop altogether. At least, it would be neat and clear.

Same thing happening to me I do over 50 searches with all the different search engines from Microsoft and don’t get any points. They owe me about 10,000 right now and do they contact you yes but in a canned message that’s sent to everyone. Microsoft is really gotten bad at supporting their customer. I’ve been doing Microsoft rewards for quite a while now have a long streak but they’ve gotten cheap lowering the points You get and not giving you points when you do the searches
