Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    I have Been Using The Rewards Search Automater Extension and still it will not work.. Yesterday i got over 300 and today... NO POINTS

    It seemed as though it was working for a few days, with lower rewards, but it was working. However, for the past few weeks, my searches have not been registering. I make multiple searches a day, and my BING search tally is still at zero. Was your problem resolved?

    Microshaft isn't going to fix anything.
    They have made this decision because they can and will screw over their "customers"

    as long and as hard as they can.

    This is a decision by Microshaft at the Corporate Level, and they have made the decision

    to drastically reduce the amounts of monies they originally promised us to give us in exchange for using their slow and buggy browser.

    The ONLY direction people can and must take here, is to STOP USING ALL MICROSHAFT PRODUCTS no matter what it is, and boycott them.

    It's that simple.

    Attn MS Rewards Dept

    These developments (particularly the 150 daily "PC Search" points now having zero response despite the references to "Earning starts with your third search") have prompted me to discontinue using Edge on PC and the MS Start app on mobile.
