I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Still having issues with this same issue as of December 13. Submitted a ticket to Bing ticket yesterday, have not heard from anyone yet,
Noticed the same thing about the puzzle. Now, it seems the search points are not registering either.
time to start reporting them for the fraud/scam they are FTC.gov them to death

it's happening for me today 12/12/23.. both desktop and mobile search points are not being counted...
