Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    that cooldown between searches is a joke. i hate that idea what microsoft is doing to us when we do our searches for bing.i want it back it was.

    In mobile, I am able to do only 12 points since morning today, any more searches aren't giving me anymore points. Are others facing the same problem?

    there is a cooling period of 15 min
    points are awarded for only 3 searches per 15 min.

    as per the notification on browser
