I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

It seema as though they eliminated th 20 points edge bonus
I also noticed this today. 20 pts is a small reward but enough for many to continue using Edge. What could MS's rationale be for eliminating this incentive?
They also paused the puzzle pieces; I had 9 puzzle pieces filled in.
I am having a whole lot of issues with Bing search points, as I'm sure many of you are. The problem started some time in the past week. I usually do 35 quick unique searches on PC and 20 on Mobile. I come to find out that most of those searches didn't count. So it was wasting my time and electricity (yes, searches do significantly add to power consumption on a global basis). On PC, it seems to require about 15 seconds between searches. Mobile only counted 2 searches today and then stopped counting.
I really love the idea behind Microsoft Rewards. It is a great way to keep people loyal to the brand. But, since the beginning of the program, it has been wrought with gliches. A year ago, I lost my very long streak of completing the daily 3 things because it wasn't letting me complete the quiz. I tried on both Mobile and PC. Quite often, clicking on the things that are supposed to give me points do not work. And the most annoying part of all is the Rewards App on the actual XBOX has always been a laggy glitchy piece of ****. Why can my XBOX run a complicated game like Assassin's Creed but can't run a very simple app made by the very people that made the XBOX?
And then there is the issue of actually complaining to someone who cares (working for XBOX). Good luck with that.

Simple truth is that Microsoft is slowly phasing out Rewards or making it just a cursory benefit without real teeth. Without real effort (i.e. - patiently waiting to search while points "reload") I think a realistic 7500- 9000 points a month is about what we can expect (this is mobile / PC / Xbox) I'm sure you can get close to 12000 points but you'll have to work extra hard at it.
The canard in this is that I'm sure the goal of "Brand Loyalty" was what this rewards program was all about and guess what - it worked! Lack of transparency in phasing out the program creates brand apathy. If they simply said "Hey, loyal Reward users (me= 1.2 million lifetime points) it costs us too much to keep this program going - here's a courtesy 1000 points and we are going to be phasing the program out..." I'd say "good while it lasted and OK!"
Instead? Bean counters ruin everything.
Well, it's not as if they are just giving us free gift cards... they make MUCH more in revenue from us clicking on all these websites and doing searches... So don't cry about a BILLION dollar company giving away some 5 dollar gift cards every month. Tehy make a LOT more than that from us to give us incentives to do searches and to use their product over other better search engines so they can show advertisers how much people use using microsoft search and thus MS can then raise the rate they charge advertisers to put ads on microsoft searches.
Trust me, whatever we get, Microsoft gets a whole lot more.
