I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

Having the very same problem, where it shows points , it says rewards, then sometimes it shows 5 or it magically shows your points and starts working! I had a long streaking and it got wiped out! Support says try this try that but nothing!!!
Many problems when earning points it sometimes dont give us points when seraching and the daily tasks that we get was 5 points it became 1 point(mid week puzzle ect...) and also we dont get the edge bonus which was 12 points plz fix it as soon as possible Microsoft...

Everything was working fine until Dec 1, 2023. After that I stopped getting the 20 bonus. I have to do anywhere from 40 to 60 searches to get the 150 points. Same goes for mobile as well. Some stuff that I did went from 10 points to 2 points. Quote of the day went from 10 points to 1 point. I reset everything but nothing helps.
Now my points are stuck at 12 points for both the PC search and the Mobile search. So, yes, only 24 points for the whole day. Thanks Microsoft. Really mediocre to say the least.
Probably you guys spent millions on making a new office for Sam Altman just after he was recently fired from OpenAI, but it was all for nothing as Sam Altman took a last-minute U-turn. So how to recover that expense, yes, decrease the MS Rewards.

TYried to redeem some points a few minutes ago and was notified that there was a problem with my account and to contact Microsoft. Does not sound good!
