Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

Half of my searches don't go thru now, I have to do 2 or 3 times the amount of searches each day, and it only seems to be getting worse... they have cut this program back so much it takes forever now to stack points... it blows my mind that they would do something that is guaranteed to drive people away from their services.

I’ve been complaining to Microsoft several times about my points and all I get is canvas messages from them saying nothing is wrong and they closed the case which is stupid. I’ve lost close to probably 10,000 points I used to get all the points per day I have 180 day streak going on and continuing But not getting the points I deserve and all they do is close the case I think Microsoft China is doing the responses and they don’t understand English come on Microsoft get your act together and support the customer that supported you give me my points I deserve that I’ve earned I do over 50 or 60 searches and only get credit for two or three

Hello, I also kept using Edge partly because of the rewards but I enjoyed the quizzes.

However, I read that microsoft decided to cut down on the points early in December and that everyone is affected by it. It seems they could have announced it so people would not feel they were targeted. I sent numerous emails and received 2 AI responses...

Google and Microsoft are so big they don't really care about their customers. That's too bad. Let's hope they'll change their minds and restore the credits, or do away completely with the rewards program.

I also have problems with their cash rewards, showing that I earned $xx but after a few days, the $rewards disappear.

I have found since posting that I am able to get the full 150 points from my searches as well as the bonus point using my Windows 10 OS and Edge browser. Once I start there I can finish up using Windows 11 OS on a different system and continue receiving points up through the maximum.

I agree that Microsoft needs to be more transparent with its consumer users. I note that many enterprise business users restrict employees from getting points as they do not allow Bing Rewards for their users.

If you use a VPN, make certain it is allowing the passthrough of Bing Rewards. Logging through different VPN nodes in foreign countries will restart your daily points collection but not remove any already captured points from your domestic VPN node. I wonder how long this cheat will continue.

I am about 100 points from an Amazon card reward and after that I will be doing absolutely nothing in Edge as a protest. **Don't forget to go out and change your default browser to NOT use Edge as well.**

I have not been receiving microsoft rewards points for search for a couple weeks. This is very annoying and wondering if it is even worth my while to to use bing. I guess I can go back to google.
